Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

This policy explains how SC Games and Apps ("we", "us") handles information in our mobile applications, including Nine Ways to Fall (the "Game"). It applies to every app we publish unless that app states otherwise.

In short: we do not ask for your name, email address or any account. Your game progress stays on your device. Advertising and purchases are handled by Google, which collects data under its own policies.

Information we collect ourselves

None. The Game has no account, no login and no registration. We do not ask for or receive your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or any other personal identifier.

Information stored on your device

The Game saves your progress locally on your device so it is there when you return. This includes:

This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the Game deletes it. Purchases can be restored because they are recorded by Google Play, not by us.

Advertising

The Game displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, device and operating system details, general location inferred from your IP address, and how you interact with ads.

We do not receive this data ourselves and cannot identify you from it. It is collected and processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.

You can limit ad personalisation at any time in your device settings, under Google → Ads. You can also remove advertising entirely through the in-app purchase described below.

Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases, processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details. Google records what you have purchased so it can be restored if you reinstall the Game or change device. Refunds are handled by Google under its own policies.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our advertising partners, contact us and we will work with those partners to have it removed.
